Plus, every so-called "Guru" has the next greatest way to make you a fortune. However, the reality is the guru is the only one making a fortune by selling you their online course for $4,997.00!!

But I'm not going to get into all of that stuff because all it does is frustrates me.

So let's get into the good stuff of telling you how to make excellent money offline. After all, when it comes to making money whether it's online or offline it's still about making money if you do it right.

I know because I make money both online and offline. But I also have years of experience.

This guy was telling me how he hated doing regrouts. That's where you scrape out the old grout and caulk like in a shower stall and regrout it with new grout and caulk.

He said that he hated doing regrouts because you could only charge $25 an hour and it only took 3 hours to do one so you could only make $75 bucks and it just wasn't worth it.

I laughed and nodded my head and said: "Yeah I know what you mean" as I was heading out the door because I had 3 regrouts to do that day and each one of them was for $765!

I got in my van and just chuckled as I drove away.

Now if he had done those 3 regrouts he would have made 3 x $75 = $225.

I made a cool $2,295.00!! That's $2,070.00 more than him.

Even if I would have had my guys do the 3 jobs for me I would have still made $1,995.00. I used to pay my guys $100 for a standard regrout and they were tickled to be making that kind of money.

But before you jump up and take off thinking that you got everything you need to know so you can go start your own regrout business there's actually still some things that you definitely need to know at this point.

You see there's certain things that make the job hard and there's certain things that make the job really easy.

There's also certain things you need to know about being able to charge from $765 to $975 instead of just charging $25 an hour.

But one of the most important things you need to know is where and how to find all of your customers.

We had so many customers calling us to do their jobs that we would literally cherry-pick and do the best jobs that paid the most.

There was a reason I had electricians, plumbers, drywallers, carpenters, tile & marble setters and used Pioneer Cabinet for all my custom cabinet work etc.

Because every trade has its own specifics. It's called, tricks of the trade. I couldn't imagine one of my tile guys trying to install a 120 or a 240 electric breaker box any more than I can imagine one of my electricians trying to set 200 sq. feet of marble.
